Operator first.

I've sat on both sides of the mid-term market: the companies that need housing, and the operators who have to deliver it.

I started my career at Telefónica and BBVA, and my first international experience was at the University of Leeds in 2011. It taught me how hard it is to land in a new country, and that the hardest part is almost always finding a place to live.

In 2013 I founded People Global Relocation in Madrid to move people and their families across borders. Every assignment ended with the same request: a furnished home for one to twelve months, ready on a fixed date. That's where I learned where mid-term demand comes from, and how badly most housing supply was set up to serve it.

In 2022 I founded Lodgerin to close that gap, a mid-term rental platform for universities, companies, owners and relocated people. Running it taught me the other side: owners, turnovers, check-ins, maintenance and owner reporting, every week. We raised more than €1.5M and grew to over 90,000 rental units in commercialization across 12 countries in the UAE, the US, the UK and Europe. We opened our own operations in Spain, the US, the UAE, Portugal and Italy, built teams across Latin America, Europe and the US, set up our US headquarters in Miami and built our own property management software for mid-term rentals. Every new market broke something, and fixing it is how I learned to scale operations.

Today I'm the CEO and founder of Floweal, an API-first and AI-first platform for international mobility, with a team between the US and Colombia. We run lean on purpose: processes first, then automation and AI agents with a human approving what matters. That's the way of working I bring to every project.

I work with a few furnished rental operators and rental startups at a time, in the US and Spain. Not with slides, but inside the operation, with your team, until it runs without me.

What building companies taught me

Processes before scale

If a process only works because someone pushes it, growth will break it.

One market at a time

Prove the model, write the playbook, then open the next one.

Few KPIs, reviewed weekly

A handful of numbers that everyone knows beats a dashboard no one reads.

AI only where it pays

If it doesn't improve the economics in a way you can measure, it waits.
